Coppell, TX: The Vitamin Bridge has received a grant from Episcopal Foundation of Dallas (EFD) to continue providing prenatal vitamins to 6,000 under-resourced moms-to-be within the Episcopal Diocese of Dallas.
One of Vitamin Bridge’s first foundation supporters, EFD has awarded grants to The Vitamin Bridge in 2020, 2021, 2022 and now 2023. Rooted in faith and active in hope, the EFD believes ALL Texans deserve to live a healthy life – especially the poor and those with the least resources.
Andy Welch, board chair of EFD said, "Consistent with our mission of supporting basic human needs in the areas of health insecurity, food insecurity, homelessness and poverty, the Episcopal Foundation of Dallas is happy to have provided meaningful early support to The Vitamin Bridge.”
